Discounted rates apply when multiple dogs of the same household board in the same room. Take 20% off each additional dog.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are fully refundable when cancellations are made at least 3 days prior to check-in, or 14 days during the “Peak Period”.

The Houston Dog Ranch provides 2 varieties of “in-house” food should your pet run out of food during their stay or if food is not brought/forgotten on arrival. Wet and dry in-house foods are available, both are a salmon variety.
*DAP is a pheromone (smell) emitted by momma dogs while they are nursing, which sprays periodically in her room. It takes many anxious dogs back to a warm, safe space and soothes them.

Yes; we have an Anxious/Nervous Dog Package designed specifically for dogs that struggle with stress in new environments. It includes Dog Appeasing Pheromone (DAP) diffused in your dog’s room, a white noise machine, a comfort Kong, cuddle time with staff before bed, extra staff check-ins throughout the day, and a late-night check.
We can accommodate many dogs that have been labeled “aggressive,” depending on the nature and context of the behavior. Dogs that are dog-reactive but handler-friendly, resource-guarders, or dogs that are simply anxious and defensive often do very well with us because our setup minimizes the triggers that cause reactive behavior in the first place: private cabins, individual yards, and no forced interaction with other dogs.
